Governance Structure

MEMBERS

The Members (Guarantors) of MPCA-Zambia are the Minister of Finance and the Millennium Challenge Account-Zambia Limited.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The MPCA-Zambia Board is composed of Eight (8) Directors:

1. Four (4) Non-Executive Directors representing the Government of Zambia as follows: the Secretary to the Treasury (Chairperson),  the Permanent Secretary, Budget and Economic Affairs (Vice Chairperson), the Permanent Secretary-Ministry of Water Development and the Town Clerk of the Lusaka City Council;

1. Two (2) Independent Non-Executive Directors from the Private Sector and/or Civil Society as follows: the Executive Director of the Non-Governmental Organisation Coordinating Council and a representative from the Private Sector;

1. One (1) Non-executive Director, representing the Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited; and

1. One (1) Executive Director who is the Chief Executive Officer of MPCA- Zambia.
